Our 2019 Fresh Hop IPA was made with over 450 pounds of fresh Cascade hops per batch; harvested in Yakima and added to the brew just over five hours later, resulting in an incredibly hoppy and unique beer which boldly showcases the nature of freshly harvested hops.

Flavor Profile

The aroma is of zesty orange peel with hints of apricot, green peppercorn and subtle stone fruit. Layered pine and citrus flavors balance out moderate dankness and grapefruit pith, which keep the drinker guessing at its origin. Definitely a beer to be enjoyed to the last sip!
