Our first mixed fermentation and award winning offering is a blend of saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeast strains, aged in locally sourced red wine barrels.

Tasting Notes

What you experience first is a dry tartness balanced with notes of pie cherries, followed by white oak and mellow funk characteristics from the brett yeast. Bottle conditioned for a highly effervescent experience. A truly remarkable beer.
