Most people would say why a CDA in bourbon barrels. We say...why not?

Our interest in dabbling with barrel aging led us to put one of our darkest, yummist beers in bourbon barrel. And so the barriage of the CDA in bourbon barrels was born. This was our first barrel offering, originating in 2014. We are sure you will enjoy it.

As this beer matures for almost a year in barrels, the hop aromas and bitterness begin to mellow leaving wonderful notes of dark figs, raisins and bourbon. A mild alcohol presence warms you. This beer is a decadent, one of a kind offering only found here.
